Welcome to the Self Therapy for Anxiety program   [WRITTEN TRANSCRIPT]

If you've taken the time to search for a site like this one, you're probably suffering from one or more of these anxiety symptoms:

Anxiety attacks Severe stress Rapid heartbeat Agoraphobia Health fears
Nervousness Frequent worry Depersonalization Mild depression MORE

However, in looking for a site like this, you have also already demonstrated your belief that there must be something better than your current emotional state -- and there is! The technique that I'm going to share with you has not only been an incredible tool for overcoming my own anxiety, but also my greatest asset in moving onto a more fulfilling life. It's my sincere belief that it can be the same for you.

I created this course based on my own experience with anxiety, and I understand how serious the condition can feel. When most people encounter anxiety, they're not aware of what it is or that it's such a common affliction. Moreover, they have no idea what to do about it. This is what makes the experience so traumatic - this feeling of being trapped or out of control. If you're thinking that you must be a weak person because you're having problems that other people don't seem to have, rest assured that after you learn and start using the tools that we'll discuss, you'll probably feel an inner strength that you've probably never known before. Whether you have simple stress and malaise, or if you're housebound with fear, the concepts we'll cover may define a whole new way of living for you. The only reason you have anxiety and the next person doesn't, is because they're probably using some of the same concepts that we'll discuss without even knowing it.

Here are some comments I've received about the Self Therapy & MC2 Method audio programs, which the article you're about to read is based on (more testimonials can be found on the homepage):

"I have been suffering with anxiety for most of my life. The last 8 years have been the most difficult because of the severity of the anxiety. I have tried many ways for relief. I can tell you this has been the most effective way to solve the anxiety problem for me."

"Thank you for the program, it has helped immediately... I have found myself with a sense of wholeness and normalcy, among the busy streets of New York. Thank you again. - Nicole P."

"Hi, just listened to the [program] which I feel is extremely good and a great concept and already has started to help me through my anxiety issues. - Steve G."

"Whenever I sensed anxiety feelings I addressed them as instructed and amazingly it really worked to curve the feelings [shortened]. Feeling great. Nice new approach and the author was right! I tried meditation, and yoga and it never worked for my anxiety and now I understand why." - Lisa K.

"The program was for my 16 year old son who seems to always get upset and stressed out whenever a school test was announced. When we noticed it he was in fourth grade at the time. We took him to a child psychologist that, in my opinion, didn't really alleviate the trouble. This went on for several years until it hit a boiling point this past school year. It was his freshman year in high school. We took him to our family doc who suggested a psychologist. We even considered prescribed medication but ruled against it. I said "bunk" this is enough of this and searched the internet... My son used and used and used and used your program and thank God, finally, doesn't complain about test anxiety anymore. He does better on his tests and has a self confidence that we've never seen before. He isn't fearful... :} Thanks, Mike"

For brevity's sake, I'll be referring to the Self Therapy for Anxiety techniques simply as "Self Therapy". There is no intention in the name to imply that this is the only way or the best way to treat anxiety, it is simply a method that worked amazingly well for me. There is absolutely no fee, subscription, or registration required to use this program - it is completely free. But keep in mind that I am not a doctor, I am simply someone who has suffered from severe anxiety, found a way out that worked for me, and hope that sharing this knowledge will also help some of the other anxiety sufferers out there. However, because I am not a licensed medical expert, THIS INFORMATION SHOULD NOT BE RELIED ON AS MEDICAL ADVICE OR A METHOD OF DIAGNOSIS. If you're not finding the information helpful, or if you feel too overwhelmed to try it, talk to your doctor or to a mental health professional to explore other options. The information presented here should only be used in conjunction with advice you receive from a qualified medical professional. Please read these additional terms of use before proceeding.

Also, please note that much of you're about to read is transcribed from an audio recording about overcoming anxiety. Therefore, some of the writing is not grammatically correct, but transcribed "as spoken". So please excuse any grammatical errors you find. If you prefer, you can listen to the audio recordings (for free) at SelfTherapy.org - especially recommended during the "eyes closed" exercises.

Again, please be sure to read the website terms of use before proceeding.
